In the groundbreaking Delek 2020 “Digital Wallet and Fueling App” project, our team played an instrumental role as the UX/UI designers. We were tasked with the challenging yet exciting objective of designing an app that required users to subscribe before fully understanding its features. Our approach was user-centric, focusing on creating an intuitive and engaging experience that instilled trust, clarity, and simplicity from the first interaction.
Our responsibilities encompassed conducting extensive user research and crafting user journey maps to ensure a seamless experience.
